Bed linen is provided for two guests. If you require additional bedding and bathroom linen for extra guests, please indicate this when booking. The kitchenette is stocked with a selection of teas, coffee pods, sugar, oil, salt/pepper, and tea towels. You'll also find a Weber BBQ and BBQ utensils. Fire pits are available throughout the year, except during fire ban days. Fire lighters and matches are provided, and firewood for the fire pit is available free of charge – we ask that you do not collect wood from the property.

The standard rate covers 2 guests. Additional guests are charged at $40 per person, per night, and should be added at the time of booking to ensure proper arrangements for extra bedding and bathroom linen.
